Established in 2006, Studio22 is a commercial fine art gallery. Representing over 40 Canadian artists, the gallery sells and rents works including oils, acrylics, watercolour and sculpture.
While attending Loyalist College for my post-grad, I worked remotely and did part-time contract work to implement a cohesive marketing and distribution plan for fall 2018 for the art gallery. Work includes writing and managing email marketing for newsletter and art exhibition promotions, press releases for the Kingston media, and managing the online presence for the Studio22 website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
One of the projects I worked on is a digital environment scan of all current gallery artists. I carefully researched and developed a digital media training manual outlining best practices for artist websites, Google Business accounts and social media channels to help build relationships between the artist and their niched followers.
● Supported the redesign of the Studio22 website for a user-friendly experience.
● Increased Instagram followers by 28% in less than two months.
● Completed our corporate rental calling to build relationships with over 50 art rental prospects.
